REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

ADDITIONAL NON-REFUNDANLE ITEMS: 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

SAGE Living & Homewares will not refund or exchange on any item that is deemed to be damaged or altered after purchase, misused, worn and not in original shipped condition.  All returns must have the original tags attached, be free of makeup and soiling, be in a saleable condition, otherwise the return is void.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings and jewellery.

Item/s must be returned and received by SAGE Living & Homewares within 14 days from the date of purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be to the value of the returned item/s only and will exclude shipping costs or any discount codes applied.

Return postage costs must be covered by the customer.

SAGE Living & Homewares is not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels during the return delivery.

 

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be credited, unfortunately sale items cannot be credited.

EXCHANGES
For exchanges a store credit will be given as our stock levels change daily and we cannot guarantee an item will be in stock.  You can use your store credit code to repurchase, the code is valid for 6 months.

SAGE Living & Homewares cannot offer refund or exchange on earrings or sunglasses.

SHIPPING
Shipping fees are not refundable.  All goods are your responsibility until they reach us so please use and keep track of your parcel.  Postage costs for returns is at your expense except in cases where SAGE Living & Homewares have made an error.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 519, Tanunda, South Australia, 5352.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
