To bring out the full rich flavour of Egyptian Dukkah, our ingredients are individually roasted, then ground. Immensely versatile, crunchy and fragrant, it is perfect as a dip with crusty bread and oil; to coat chicken, veal or fish before frying or baking; and to scatter over salads, noodles and vegetables. The word 'dukkah' or 'duqqa', derived from Arabic, meaning 'to pound', reflects the process of making this universally loved blend.
How to Use: For a richer flavour, dry roast dukkah in a hot pan before use.
