RETURNS We’re committed to ensuring you love your purchase, but if something doesn’t work out, our returns process is designed to make things simple and straightforward. Here's everything you need to know:

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely happy, we're here to help.

We offer store credit for returned items.

To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items, custom orders, or personal care products for hygiene reasons.

🛍️ Change of Mind or Exchanges
- Items can be returned for a store credit or exchanged.
- Store credits are valid for 3 years and can only be processed for in-store or phone purchases (online checkout does not support credit notes yet).
- Future orders will incur a flat shipping rate of $12.
📦 Eligibility for Returns
To ensure your item qualifies for a return:
1️⃣ Return it within 7 business days of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Ensure it is in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
3️⃣ Exclusions: Due to hygiene reasons, jewellery, headwear, sale, and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
🚨 Important Notes
- Any soiled or damaged items will be refused for store credit or exchange.
- Returns for change of mind must be sent via tracked post at your expense. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
🛠 Faulty Items
- Once approved, we’ll organize your refund and cover any return postage costs.
- If your item arrives faulty, email info@sagelivingandhomewares.com.au with photos within 3 business days.
- In some cases, we may request the item to be returned for assessment.
Final Sale Items
- All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, so please choose carefully!
❌ Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they’ve been processed through checkout.
