Oishii Instant Ramen Blend makes a quick and tasty miso broth that contains no nasty additives and delivers punchy flavour. Use this blend to create a yummy - or as they say in Japan, oishii - instant ramen broth, topped with noodles and your favourite condiments for a delicious midweek meal for all the family.
How to Use: For an instant ramen broth, combine 2 tbsp of spice with 1L of stock, 1 tsp of mirin, 1 tsp of soy sauce and ¼ tsp of sesame oil. Pour hot broth over noodles and top with your favourite ramen condiments.
Ingredients: White Miso (Soybean, Rice, Salt), Porcini Mushroom, Kelp, Ginger, Onion, Turmeric, Clove and Star Anise.
