Our original blend, bursting with the sweet and savoury flavours of cumin, paprika and Mexican chillies, Tex Mex Taco Spice is a fantastic addition to a home-cooked Mexican-style feast. Whether you're using it to season fried beans or minced meat, it's guaranteed to be a hit!
How to Use: Simply add 2 tbsp of spice to 500g beef mince in a heavy-based pan, add water or stock for desired consistency, then simmer for 20 minutes. Serve in taco shells with sour cream or guacamole.
Ingredients: Salt, cumin, paprika, sugar, chilli, cayenne, onion, garlic, oregano, bay leaf.
