Please Note

This holder is designed for stainless steel sinks only. It is not suitable for ceramic, stone or composite sinks, as the sink walls may be too thick for the magnets to connect securely.

Troubleshooting

If the holder slips when holding a wet cloth:

• Check that the under-sink magnet is positioned with the arrow pointing straight up.
• Make sure the silver face is pointing outward.
• Test the holder on another stainless steel sink, such as your laundry sink, to check whether your kitchen sink wall is too thick.
