Mama's Meatball Blend

This versatile blend elevates all types of mince from bland to delicious with no fuss and no nasties. Inspired by our Mama Gabi, who cooked many delicious meatballs for her two daughters, Gewürzhaus founders Maria and Eva, growing up. This blend is easy to use; combine with mince, egg & breadcrumbs for a quick lunch or dinner. With garlic, onion, paprika, chives and oregano already in the mix, there's no need for chopping. Serve with vegetables, in lettuce cups or as bite-sized snacks.

How to Use: Gently combine 8 tsp of our Mama's Meatball blend with 500g of mince, 1 egg, 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs, roll into balls then fry in a pan.

Ingredients: Sea salt (Australian), onion, red bell pepper, sweet paprika, red onion flakes, garlic granules, yellow mustard seed, black peppercorns, chives, parsley, oregano.
